Job Description

You will be based in Gurgaon and expected to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Experience candidates are welcome to apply for this position. The minimum educational qualification required is HSC/Graduation. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving customer inquiries via chat/calls regarding products and services, handling inbound chats/emails/calls from customers in the US and UK, familiarizing yourself with existing and new products, managing client relationships through direct interactions, understanding the functions of software and products offered, coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs, and documenting cases on the portal using tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. In terms of benefits, you will be entitled to a night shift allowance, incentives, provident fund, and cab availability for night shifts. The salary range for this position is between 20k to 30k, depending on the candidate and process. This is a full-time job with a schedule from Monday to Friday, with rotational shifts. You must be proficient in English and willing to work in Gurgaon, Haryana. Relocation before starting work is required.,
