About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to provide top-notch service to global customers. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed and updated customer records in CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet daily performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2 years) are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 CTC (based on experience and skill level)
