Employment Type: Full-Time (WFO)Salary Range: 3.00 LPA 4.50 LPAAdditional Benefits:Both-side cab facilityTransport allowance up to 6,000 per monthAbout the Role:TELUS Digital is seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process Technical Support team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about solving customer queries and have a knack for troubleshooting networking issues in a global support environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound technical support queries from international customers via voice processTroubleshoot and resolve networking and connectivity issuesDeliver exceptional customer service while ensuring issue resolution within defined SLAsMaintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up as necessaryWho Can Apply:Graduate Freshers with a background in networking or troubleshooting are encouraged to applyUndergraduates with at least 6 months of experience in international voice-based technical support are also welcome

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential

Candidates must possess excellent spoken English"
