📌 Job Title: Collection Executive – Third-Party US Collections (Voice Process) 📍 Location: Delhi – Work from Office (Night Shift) 🕒 Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST US Shift | 5 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Off 📅 Experience Required: 1–2 Years in Third-Party US Collections (Voice Process) 📄 Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent --- Job Summary: We are hiring experienced professionals for our Third-Party US Collections Voice Process. This role involves making outbound calls to US-based customers on behalf of third-party clients (credit cards, telecom, medical, etc.), negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with FDCPA regulations. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to recover overdue payments from US customers Negotiate and set up payment plans or settlements Update CRM tools with accurate call outcomes Ensure compliance with FDCPA and client-specific policies Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues Meet individual recovery targets and maintain call quality standards --- Required Skills & Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Third-Party US Collections (Voice Process) Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent Strong negotiation and objection handling skills Familiarity with FDCPA and US collections laws Experience using dialers (Noble, Genesys, Avaya) and CRM systems --- Benefits: Fixed salary + Attractive performance incentives Cab facility as per company policy Growth opportunities based on performance
