Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound international cold calls to prospective clients in the IT domain to generate leads and create business opportunities.

- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's IT solutions, services, and value propositions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through professional and persuasive communication.

- Gather and record client information, feedback, and market insights in CRM systems accurately.

- Identify decision-makers within target organizations and tailor communication accordingly.

- Qualify potential leads based on client needs and project scope, ensuring alignment with company offerings.

- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.

- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to address client queries confidently.

- Meet and exceed monthly cold calling targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience in international cold calling, tele-sales, or inside sales in the IT sector.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue opportunities.

- Good understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.

- Excellent data entry, validation, and CRM management skills.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a goal-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with international markets.

- Knowledge of IT service sales processes and client engagement strategies.

- Ability to adapt communication style to different cultures and business environments.
