Job Description

Job Title: International Chat Support Executive (6-Month Contract)

20k Joining Bonus After 3 Months Completion

International Chat Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via chat for international customers
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adherence to SLAs
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
Meet productivity, quality, and response time targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation Mandatory
Excellent
written English communication skills
Prior experience in
international chat process
preferred
Good typing speed and accuracy
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

CTC:
5 LPA -
20K Bonus after 3months
5 Working Days ( Two Offs)
1 Way Cab
