Role Description:

A CSA in this role is responsible for processing data with high accuracy and pace in a specified format while adhering to the prescribed SLA.

Operational.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the computerized records are captured accurately and maintained in prescribed manner.

• Checks the data received from the client for complete details.

• Re-enters the given data into a client specified format.

• Solicits and compiles information and data related to processing activities.

• Uses PC application and functions, such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint or client specified mainframes to update and load data sets.

• Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based on the project requirement and meets the specified quality standards

• Assures protection of the systems and data by performing at least one system back up per day.

• Generates statistical and data reports as required

• Examine and evaluate document contents to ensure accuracy and to correct inconsistencies

• Maintaining confidentiality, verifying information, building a physical filing system, backing up data and updating data entry software

Minimum Eligibility:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in International live chat process

2. Education / Qualifications:

   Graduate / Undergraduate with experience in banking sector can apply.

3. Both domestic and international chat experience can apply.
