Job Description

Job Summary:

International Patient Connect Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & P&L Management

Drive the international patient vertical with complete accountability for revenue and profitability.
Create and implement business strategies to increase international patient footfall.
Monitor key performance indicators and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Identify and establish partnerships with international facilitators, embassies, and healthcare agents.

Patient Coordination & Experience

Act as a dedicated point of contact for all international patients.
Coordinate appointments, medical consultations, travel, accommodation, and visa support.
Ensure smooth coordination with doctors, diagnostics, OT, and other internal teams for seamless patient care.

Marketing & Outreach

Support digital marketing and international campaigns for patient acquisition.
Represent the hospital in international healthcare expos, virtual webinars, and partner meetings.
Maintain CRM records and generate reports for follow-ups, conversions, and feedback.

Operations & Team Management

Lead a small team dedicated to international patient services.
Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and address queries or grievances promptly.
Generate MIS reports and analytics for management on a regular basis.
