Liaise with overseas clients; manage international orders end-to-end.
Coordinate with EXIM / Purchase / Logistics departments.
Assist in purchase coordination - sourcing, vendor follow up, materials.
Basic accounting awareness: understand costs, value calculation, liaise with accounts department.
Provide regular reports to management on international business, pending orders, client status.
Ensure quality of documentation, timely submission of certificates, packing lists, commercial invoices etc.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in international business / export documentation or similar.
Fluent English(Must) (written & spoken)
Some understanding of accounting / value addition / costing.
Strong coordination skills, detail-oriented, organized.
Freshers may be considered with excellent profile / relevant internships.
