Job Title : International Business Development Executive Night Shift (Remote) Company : RIO BizSols Pvt Ltd Location : Remote (India) Shift Timing : Night Shift (India Time: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST) Employment Type : Full-Time Role & responsibilities Job Overview We are seeking a motivated International Business Development Executive to identify and engage with companies across ANZ, Europe, and USA that are actively hiring. The role involves sourcing job postings online, reaching out to recruiters via email and phone , and pitching our offshore staffing solutions . Key Responsibilities Research and scan global job portals, company career pages, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for active job postings in ANZ, Europe, and the USA. Identify potential companies or recruiters hiring for roles that could be fulfilled by offshore resources. Initiate contact via cold emails and follow-up phone calls to decision-makers (Recruiters/HR/Managers). Present RIO BizSols offshore staffing services and highlight benefits such as cost-efficiency, quality talent, and quick turnaround. Build and maintain a CRM pipeline of prospects and conversations. Set up meetings for the senior sales team when needed. Achieve outreach and conversion targets consistently. Requirements Proven experience in lead generation , international sales , recruitment sales , or business development . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections. Good research and internet navigation skills. Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and outsourcing/offshoring models. Prior experience interacting with clients from ANZ, Europe, or North America is a plus . Preferred Skills Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar. Exposure to international staffing, BPO, or IT consulting services.
