International Business Development Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting in key strategic, business development, and marketing projects across the region by coordinating with stakeholders both internal and external. Your main focus will be on achieving the annual targets for the assigned market, with specific business development activities for LATAM, AFRICA, and CIS regions. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating between customers and support departments, keeping track of production/procurements, and providing regular updates to customers. Price negotiations with suppliers, coordination with the logistics team for shipment planning and execution, studying regulatory requirements, maintaining minimal turnaround time for business queries, and conducting business forecasting and budgeting activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in key strategic, business development, and marketing projects - Work towards achieving annual targets for the assigned market - Conduct business development activities for LATAM, AFRICA, and CIS regions - Coordinate between customers and support departments - Keep track of production/procurements and provide regular updates to customers - Conduct price negotiations with suppliers - Coordinate with the logistics team for shipment planning and execution - Study regulatory requirements and update RA team - Maintain minimal turnaround time for business queries - Conduct business forecasting and budgeting activities Qualification Required: - B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in marketing - 3-8 years of experience in handling Marketing and Business Development for ROW Markets - Good experience in handling New Market Development and New Product Development - Proficient in coordination with Country Managers to achieve business objectives - Experience in handling and launching new products in the international market - Strong presence, good at data analysis, and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel - Good understanding of exports function Please note that the job type is full-time with benefits including a flexible schedule, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
