Job Description

International BPO Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and/or chat.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information to an international customer base regarding products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and effective support.
Document all interactions and customer information meticulously in the system.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Adhere to all company and international standards for data privacy and customer service.
Collaborate with a diverse team to share best practices and contribute to overall service improvement.
Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, chat response time, and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and impeccable grammar.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
The ability to understand and respond to customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
The ability to multitask and manage a high volume of interactions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication platforms.
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
Flexibility to work in shifts to support international time zones.
