As a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process(Tech Support) in US Shift, your main responsibilities will include: - Taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues. - Diagnosing the problems effectively and suggesting the most suitable technical support plan. - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers.
