As a Customer Service Executive/Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd, your role will involve taking inbound calls from customers facing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing the issues accurately, recommending the most suitable plan to the customers, and effectively selling technical support plans along with relevant software.
