Job Description

International BPO Tech Support Executive Department: Technical Support / Customer Service Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Shift Timing: Night Shift Shift (based on US, time zones) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking International Tech Support Executive with prior experience in handling international customers. The candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class technical support through voice, email, or chat, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to international customers (US) through phone, chat, or email. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, connectivity, and account access. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams with detailed documentation. Follow standard operating procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and resolutions. Deliver excellent customer experience by demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes. Requirements: Must be fluent in English (verbal and written). Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO / Tech Support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac), networking basics, and common tech issues. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is a plus. Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts. Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred); Undergraduates with experience may also apply. Preferred Skills:Experience in handling Tier 1 or Tier 2 tech support queries. Knowledge of remote desktop tools and diagnostic software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
