Location: Malad & Thane (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand (based on experience & last drawn)Shift: US Shift – 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (9 working hours)Work Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

Requirements:

• HSC / Graduate with minimum 1 year International BPO experience (Banking preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling ability
• Mandatory: All education & employment documents

---> Australian Telecom Process – Customer Service + Upselling

Location: Thane (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹27,000 in-hand (based on experience) + attractive incentivesShift: Australian Shift – 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM (9 working hours)Work Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

Requirements:

• HSC / Graduate with minimum 6 months International BPO experience
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong upselling ability along with customer service mindset
• Mandatory: All education & employment documents
