Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve customer queries and concerns. Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize blended processes to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Analyze complex issues using problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities to escalate when necessary. Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written to effectively address customers' needs. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling customer support services. Proficiency in handling International Voice Process, International Chat Process, Blended Process, International Processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex issues quickly. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
