Job Description

Hi Jobseekers,

Shift: 24/7 rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)

Work Mode: Pure Backend

Salary: Up to 34,000 In-Hand (38,000 CTC)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of international experience in AML/Fraud/KYC/Financial Crime operations.
Strong experience in:

KYC / CDD / EDD
AML & Sanctions screening
SAR filing
Transaction Monitoring
Fraud investigation

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Experience in a FinTech or banking environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct KYC reviews for new and existing customers in line with regulatory requirements.
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks.
Monitor and analyse transactions to identify suspicious patterns through Transaction Monitoring tools.
Investigate potential fraud, suspicious activities, and escalate cases based on risk.
Prepare and file S
uspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as per internal guidelines.
Ensure compliance with
AML, Sanctions, and financial crime regulations.
R
eview customer alerts, risk profiles, and resolve cases within SLA.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
Collab
orate with internal compliance teams for escalations and risk mitigation.
Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
