International Admission Executive

As an Executive for International Admissions, your role involves supporting global student recruitment and admissions processes. You should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and ready to travel or work extended hours as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with international applicants, agents, and partner institutions through email, phone, and video calls. - Assist in processing international student applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation. - Maintain and update admission records, databases, and reports meticulously. - Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate the smooth onboarding of international students. - Represent the university at international education fairs, seminars, and virtual sessions when required. - Support international marketing and outreach campaigns with data-driven insights. - Ensure compliance with university policies and international education regulations. - Be flexible to work beyond regular hours during peak admissions seasons or special events. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Education, International Relations, or related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when necessary. - Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends or holidays as needed.
