International Admission Executive

As an Executive for International Admissions, your role will involve supporting global student recruitment and admissions processes. You will need to possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be open to travel or work extended hours when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with international applicants, agents, and partner institutions through email, phone, and video calls. - Assist in processing international student applications and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation. - Maintain and update admission records, databases, and reports with precision. - Coordinate with internal departments such as academics, finance, and student services to ensure smooth onboarding of international students. - Represent the university at international education fairs, seminars, and virtual sessions as required. - Support international marketing and outreach campaigns with data-driven insights. - Ensure compliance with university policies and international education regulations. - Be prepared to work beyond regular hours during peak admissions seasons or special events. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Education, International Relations, or related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed. - Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends or holidays, when required.
