Internal Sales Coordinator(female)

The Inside Sales Specialist position is based in Kochi and requires working from the office. The salary offered ranges from 25,000 to 50,000 per month for candidates with 1-4 years of experience. The role prefers female candidates and follows a fixed shift timing from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various communication channels to convert leads into sales. It is essential to have proficiency in lead conversion, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and the ability to handle inbound leads provided by the company. Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, providing product/service information, building strong client relationships for enhanced customer retention, achieving sales targets through effective follow-ups and persuasion techniques, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams for strategy alignment. To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead conversion roles. Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written), strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office are required.
