Internal Communication Manager

You will be responsible for supporting local internal communications in the APAC region by developing and executing internal communication plans, partnering with local HR and business leaders, and coordinating local events and announcements. You will also collaborate with global communication leads to adapt global messaging for local relevance and ensure timely delivery across appropriate channels. Your role will involve drafting, editing, and proofreading internal communication content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and messaging guidelines. Additionally, you will assist in managing internal communication channels such as intranet, email newsletters, digital signage, and collaboration platforms, monitoring engagement metrics, and recommending improvements. It will be essential for you to work closely with internal stakeholders from various departments to gather content and align messaging, ensuring all communications are in line with the broader internal communications strategy and brand voice.
