Internal Communication and Content Specialist

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Internal Communications & Content, you will play a crucial role in shaping the internal narrative that drives culture, connection, and leadership visibility. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the internal communication strategy in collaboration with HR and leadership. - Building strong internal employer branding and enhancing leadership presence. - Driving content creation for newsletters, reports (Annual, ESG), town halls, and internal events. - Creating compelling video, print, and digital content across various platforms. - Planning and executing flagship employee events and milestone campaigns. - Curating leadership blogs, HR stories, speeches, and product content. - Managing internal communication budgets, policies, and surveys. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - 10-12 years of experience in internal communications, PR, or journalism. - Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Hindi. - Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in developing and executing strategies for digital and print content. - Education: MBA/PGDM in Communications/Marketing or Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, or PR.
