Job Description

You are being offered an exciting opportunity at Capgemini as the Head of IA-IFAO Transformation. In this role, you will lead the intelligent automation initiatives exclusively for the IFAO BU of Capgemini BSv, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Traditional AI-ML. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing a scalable automation strategy to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, foster innovation, and increase productivity for the IFAO BU. You will report to the overall Hyper-automation Transformation Leader. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute an intelligent automation vision, roadmap, and governance framework for the IFAO business unit - Implement a platform-centric automation approach to reduce manual work at IFAO process (L1) and sub-process (L2) levels - Champion the adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI for autonomous decision-making and intelligent workflows - Align client-specific IFAO initiatives with business goals and digital transformation strategies - Evaluate and implement Agentic AI systems for proactive task execution and adaptive learning - Drive the development and deployment of Generative AI models for various purposes - Oversee RPA implementation across business units ensuring scalability, security, and compliance - Collaborate with IFAO stakeholders and leadership to build relationships and trust - Identify automation use-cases with IFAO leaders and present to clients for business opportunities - Build and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers, RPA developers, and automation architects - Establish KPIs and ROI metrics for IFAO automation initiatives - Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize IFAO automation performance - Implement robust change management and user adoption strategies **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in leading enterprise automation programs - Deep understanding of Agentic AI systems and multi-agent frameworks - Experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering - Expertise in RPA platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills **Additional Details:** - Experience with AI governance, ethical AI, and regulatory compliance is preferred - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP - Certifications in AI, RPA, or digital transformation are advantageous - A Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on technology management or strategy is preferred This role offers you the opportunity to lead transformative automation initiatives and drive innovation within the IFAO BU of Capgemini.
