Internal Auditor

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in auditing, with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of risk management, and the ability to independently evaluate internal controls, processes, and compliance with policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct internal audits across departments and processes Identify weaknesses and inefficiencies in internal controls and processes Evaluate risk management and compliance procedures Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and integrity Recommend improvements to operational procedures and controls Prepare audit findings reports and present them to management Follow up on implementation of corrective actions Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements Support external auditors and regulatory inspections as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA, CIA, or equivalent preferred) Minimum of 5 years of internal auditing or relevant experience Strong knowledge of internal controls, auditing standards, and financial regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and report writing skills Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and audit tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
