Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  concurrent and prepayment audits

  related to expenses including third-party services, manpower hiring, and supply chain activitiesensuring compliance with statutory norms, accounting standards, contract terms, and company policies
• Independently manage

  internal audit assignments

  across departments such as Procurement, HR, Stores, Maintenance, Security, Production, etc.
• Handle

  special audits

  , whistleblower cases, and investigation assignments as assigned by senior management
• Perform

  contract closure audits

  , pre-audit vendor assessments, and employee onboarding file audits
• Periodically verify and reconcile key inventory materials—such as sheet metal, engine parts, oils & lubricants, tools, and other consumables
• Actively participate in witnessing and validating operational processes and activities on the shop floor and at vendor sites
• Conduct

  process audits

  , draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure SOPs are implemented and followed
• Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend corrective actions for operational efficiency and compliance
• Execute financial, operational, and compliance audits as per the

  annual audit calendar

• Support senior auditors and team leaders in completing various plant-level and corporate-level assignments
• Maintain audit MIS, prepare audit plans, checklists, and regular status reports as per audit program directives.
