About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and report internal audit assignments in accordance with the annual audit plan.
• Review internal control systems and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support management during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting key observations and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  qualification is mandatory.
• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or similar domains.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, business processes, and risk assessment techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and audit tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
