Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct internal audits of financial operations, including accounts, cash, inventory, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor adherence to statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax) and company policies.
Review financial statements, analyze variances, and prepare audit reports with recommendations.
Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices in financial control.
Assist management and external auditors during statutory audits, providing required documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, compliant financial operations and mitigate risks.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) with 10 15 years of experience in internal audit, finance control, and accounts operations.
Strong working knowledge of
Tally ERP
and MS Excel.
Experience in statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax) and financial reporting.
Proven ability to conduct internal audits, identify process gaps, and implement improvements.
Familiarity with accounts, cash, inventory, and payroll operations.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across departments.
