Location: Al-Azhar Medical College & Super Speciality Hospital, Thodupuzha, Idukki, Kerala

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to evaluate financial operations, ensure compliance with internal controls, and enhance overall efficiency and accountability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and administrative processes.
• Review and assess internal control systems for effectiveness and compliance.
• Identify risks, irregularities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Support management in improving systems and processes.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: MBA FINANCE / CA/CA (Inter)
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in healthcare or large institutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
• Attention to detail and integrity
