Internal Auditor

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure that the Internal Audit work assigned within the team is carried out at the desired frequency/time across the organization.
• Coordinate with the Managers/HODs of various departments for conducting the Internal Audit for the organization for the risk area allotted
• Co-ordinate with respective functions to provide inputs for ensuring compliance to initiatives taken as an outcome of the internal audit report
• Assist in review of process and governance related risks identified by the Internal Audit and coordinate with HoDs to resolve the same
• Provide inputs and advice to HoDs for resolving the observations of Internal Audit
• Responsible for reporting of Internal Audit findings to the Manager/HOD
• Update Risk Control Matrix and co-ordinate with various departments in the organisation to ensure controls are in place or not.
• To co-ordinate the physical verification of stock of depot/plants as per instructions at defined interval.
• Reviewing MIS on monthly basis along with preparation & circulation of report on control lapses identified during review of MIS to respective process owners.

Timely preparation of working notes, checklists, SOPs, report extraction and verification/analysis of the work allotted.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified CA with 3 + years of experience of Internal Audit in manufacturing Industry.
