Job Description

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, guide, and conduct internal and operational audits across client organizations, ensuring compliance with established audit methodologies and standards.
Evaluate business processes and internal controls to identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations, clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and action plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage and mentor teams, including Article trainees and junior auditors, providing on-the-job training and fostering a collaborative environment.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and building trust-based relationships.
Consistently deliver high-quality client service, take ownership of assigned audit areas, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualified
CA / CMA / MBA (or relevant)
Demonstrated experience in internal and operational audits
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel within India and internationally
Additional certifications are a plus
