Role & responsibilities

• Proactively assisting in all stages of the audit engagement, including planning, with the main area of emphasis being the execution of the fieldwork.
• Identify significant matters noted during fieldwork and promptly bring them to the attention of the engagement in charge and manager.
• Ensuring work/sections assigned are completed to a high standard, on time, and within the agreed-upon budget with the engagement in charge and manager.
• Maintain up-to-date and relevant technical knowledge of the industry.
• Building productive working relationships within the Firm and with clients as required.
• Develop and apply your technical knowledge through on-the-job training.

Preferred candidate profile

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience with BIGs/international accounting firm.( experience with U.S. accounting firm preferred).
• CA/CPA/ACCA is mandatory.
• Strong command of the English Language
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to continuously learn.
• Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, actionable deliverables.
• Begin to understand client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and implements pragmatic solutions.
• Strong command over MS Office tools
• Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated.
