Job Description

The Internal Audit (IA) function is responsible for examining, evaluating, and independently assessing the firm's control environment. The findings are reported back to senior management and the firm's Audit Committee. IA provides objective assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control structure as an independent function. The IA Technology Strategy Office (TSO) drives the strategic vision for IA's technological advancement. Through process reengineering, intelligent automation, and cutting-edge data analytics, we empower auditors. Our team consists of passionate program managers, product managers, and business analysts who collaborate with designers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver innovative technologies that revolutionize the audit workflow. As a Product Owner within the IA TSO, you play a crucial role in shaping the future of Internal Audit through technology. You will lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch, collaborating closely with stakeholders across IA and Technology to deliver solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process. **Responsibilities:** - **Product Support:** Define product requirements and create product roadmaps with guidance from senior team members. - **User Research Support:** Participate in user research activities, including current state assessments, requirements gathering, and documenting user needs through interviews and workshops. - **Agile Execution:** Support the agile product development process by creating user stories, participating in sprint planning, and conducting testing to ensure product quality. - **Launch Support:** Assist in the successful launch of new products by contributing to deployment planning, user training, and documentation. - **Communication:** Share product updates and project status with stakeholders under the direction of senior team members. - **User Training:** Develop and deliver training materials, and offer support to users on new product features. - **Monitoring and Analysis:** Help in monitoring product usage and gathering user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement. **Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of project/product management experience, with hands-on technical product owner experience in an agile development environment. - PMP certification is a strong plus, showcasing strong project management discipline and the ability to lead complex initiatives across cross-functional teams. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,
