Social Media Publication Specialist Intern - 6 months

(Possible Full-Time Opportunity Based on Performance after internship)

We are looking for a Social Media Publication Specialist Intern to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital content, branding, and audience engagement. The internship offers hands-on experience in creating, scheduling, and optimizing social media publications and comes with the opportunity to be converted into a full-time position based on performance.

Social Media Publication Specialists are responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company and client Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, brand loyalty and engagement.

Location: Hybrid

Timings: 6 pm - 2 am IST

Role & responsibilities

  • Publish and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Use GPT tools to brainstorm, draft, and optimize post captions, hashtags, and responses
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding across platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Maintain accurate records of publication activities in Zoho CRM
  • Monitor posting calendars and deadlines for both internal teams and client accounts
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for internal companies and clients
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Optimization of the timing of posts to maximize engagement
  • Manage and oversee social media content posting
  • Measure and report on the success of social media campaigns

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent Spoken & Written English is a must

  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Degree in Advertising and Marketing Or Business Management Or English Majors Or Journalism.
