About the Role Branding Arc is looking for a detail-oriented, creatively driven Graphic Designer to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-impact, brand-compliant visuals across digital and print platforms. Role & responsibilities Design print and digital marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, business cards, social media graphics, trade show materials) Create visual assets for websites, emails, newsletters, and internal campaigns Develop branded PowerPoint decks, client reports, and infographics Prepare files for print and digital delivery according to vendor specs Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Maintain file organization and use consistent version naming conventions Preferred candidate profile 1 - 3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong grasp of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory Understanding of print preparation and digital publishing formats Familiarity with Google Workspace and Zoho One Ability to follow visual branding systems and style guides Strong written and verbal English communication skills Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience Goals and Expectations Deliver error-free designs that adhere to brand standards Balance speed and quality for routine and urgent design tasks Respond to creative feedback with flexibility and professionalism Shift priorities smoothly based on internal and external deadlines Maintain communication and status updates in Zoho Projects Participate in brainstorming and pitch sessions for new brand development opportunities
