Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Monedo Financial Services. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory records, and providing support to the board of directors. Additionally, the Company Secretary will oversee corporate governance matters and manage company meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company law and statutory compliance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
• Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
• Company Secretary qualification (ACS) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or related field
