About the Role:

BAVA Studios — a fast-growing streetwear label blending hip-hop, fashion, and youth culture — is hiring an E-commerce Operations & Sales Intern.

This role is a mix of operations, sales, and customer experience — you’ll manage online orders, handle shipping platforms, follow up with customers, and even reach out to B2B partners and retail stores for collaborations and sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and update daily orders via Shopify Admin — from confirmation to dispatch.
• Operate Shiprocket (or similar) for pickups, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
• Call customers to confirm COD orders and minimize RTO.
• Follow up with Add-to-Cart customers and earn commission on successful conversions.
• Assist in B2B outreach — connect with retail stores, fashion buyers, and distributors.
• Maintain daily reports for orders, customer calls, and partner communication.

Who You Are:

• Confident communicator fluent in Hindi & English.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks daily.
• Interested in streetwear, fashion, and startup sales.
• Familiar with Shopify, Shiprocket, or eager to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working remotely and owning outcomes.

Details:

💼 Internship Stipend: ₹5,000/month + performance-based commissions

🌍 Location: Remote, occasional travel

🕒 Duration: 3 months (with potential full-time offer upon strong performance)
