Intern -QA Tester

Position: QA Intern (Manual & Automation)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Intern with a strong understanding of both manual and automation testing. The selected candidate will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for various product modules.
• Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Assist in creating and maintaining automation test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Support developers with unit testing and early-stage defect identification.
• Accurately log and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Fundamental understanding of manual and automation testing concepts.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Postman, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,611.94 - ₹16,555.60 per month
