Intern - Psychometric Research

As a Research Intern in Psychometric Assessment, your role involves working with quantitative data and developing content for psychometric assessments focusing on personality, cognitive abilities, interests, and motivation. The position is based in Gurgaon with a hybrid work model and lasts for 4 months from March to June. While prior experience in quantitative data analysis and item writing is preferred, it is not mandatory. The minimum qualification required for this role is being currently enrolled in or having completed Masters in Psychology, although candidates from relevant allied fields like education or management can also apply. - Develop content for psychometric assessments, including item writing, while ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Conduct literature reviews independently to produce high-quality technical documents such as reports, manuals, and whitepapers efficiently. - Organize data collected from various platforms and utilize statistical tools to analyze it effectively. - Extract insights and draw meaningful conclusions from the data. - Stay updated on the latest innovations in psychometric assessments within an organizational context. - Explore newer assessment types like gamification and keep abreast of emerging trends in the field. - Collaborate with different teams within Mercer Mettl, including content, consultants, product, technology, and operations teams. - Ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of tasks. Qualification Required: - Currently Enrolled In/Completed Masters in Psychology (preferred) - Experience in quantitative data analysis, item writing, and writing technical content is advantageous - Candidates from relevant allied fields such as education or management are also encouraged to apply.,
