As a Certification Program Manager at Oracle, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle's certification exams. You will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end exam development process for Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure on Oracle MyLearn and Oracle Cloud Success Navigator platforms. Your responsibilities will include defining the intent and scope of exams, conducting Job Task Analysis (JTA), creating exam blueprints, managing item banks, and ensuring test integrity through psychometric analysis. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as product development engineering, consultants, partners, instructional designers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality exam content. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Job Task Analysis, facilitating item writing workshops, and training SMEs. You must possess knowledge of Certification development standards and models, along with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Additionally, a deep understanding of psychometric principles and strong project management abilities are essential for success. Basic qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in certification exam development or credentialing, preferably in a tech or cloud-based environment, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications or the Oracle partner/customer ecosystem.
