Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented

Performance Marketing Intern

with a focus on

Amazon Ads

to join our growing marketing team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Amazon, working closely with the team to drive sales and increase product visibility. You will be involved in creating, analyzing, and improving Amazon Ads campaigns, contributing directly to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as ACoS, RoAS, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Help manage and adjust bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency and drive better results.
  • Conduct keyword research and help with the creation of targeted campaigns to increase product visibility and sales on Amazon.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation and testing of ad creatives and product listings to improve ad performance.
  • Support in setting up and managing Amazon DSP (Demand Side Platform) campaigns to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest Amazon Ads trends, features, and best practices to ensure campaigns are aligned with industry standards.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Amazon Advertising and eCommerce.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics such as ACoS, RoAS, CPC, and CTR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing and reporting data.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn about Amazon Ads and performance marketing.
