As an intern at our Surat office, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business consulting, client engagement, and project support. Your role will focus on developing leadership and strategic skills while working closely with experienced consultants to deliver impactful solutions for SMEs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify mindset and skill gaps within yourself, the team, and clients to support growth-orientated thinking. - Conduct research on various business areas (e.g., HR, finance, marketing) to assist in developing proprietary models and whitepapers. - Engage in culture-building activities like team celebrations, gratitude sessions, and vision board creation. - Assist in talent mapping, onboarding rituals, and learning & development activities to enhance team culture. - Contribute to marketing and branding efforts through content creation, testimonial gathering, and promoting our mission at Nucleus.
