You need to be a HODLer of these

• You must be in the 5th year of law school or recent graduates from top tier colleges only.
• You must be available full-time for this internship role i.e.
• You must be interned with top tier law-firms or reputed companies.
• You will have to work from office.
• You must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 3 months to the internship.
• Further tenure can be extended on the basis of performance and the candidate's availability
  

You will be mining through these tasks

• Work with the litigation team on ongoing disputes, regulatory matters, and advisory work.
• Assist in preparing case summaries, brief notes, and drafting legal pleadings.
• Conduct legal research on case laws, statutory provisions, and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with external counsels and attend hearings where relevant.
• Maintain trackers for ongoing cases and timelines.
• Gain exposure to both civil and commercial litigation, and quasi-judicial proceedings.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills preferred.
