Join us in shaping the strategic direction of digital finance and be part of our journey towards making Web3 accessible to all. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the litigation team on ongoing disputes, regulatory matters, and advisory work. - Assist in preparing case summaries, brief notes, and drafting legal pleadings. - Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutory provisions, and regulatory updates. - Coordinate with external counsels and attend hearings as necessary. - Maintain trackers for ongoing cases and timelines. - Gain exposure to civil and commercial litigation, as well as quasi-judicial proceedings. - Strong analytical and drafting skills are preferred for this role. **Qualifications Required:** - Must be in the 5th year of law school or recent graduates from top-tier colleges only. - Availability for a full-time internship role. - Previous internship experience with top-tier law firms or reputed companies. - Willingness to work from the office. - Dedication to a minimum of 3 months for the internship with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability.
