Job Description

We re looking for an Interaction & Motion Designer who is passionate about creating smooth, intuitive, and meaningful digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their design career who wants to grow in interaction design, motion systems, and micro-interactions.

Responsibilities:

Design basic micro-interactions and UI animations for web and mobile products
Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate motion and user flows
Support senior designers in defining interaction patterns and motion guidelines
Iterate designs based on feedback from design and engineering teams
Ensure motion enhances usability, clarity, and accessibility

Requirements:

0-1 year experience or relevant internship / academic projects
Good understanding of interaction design and motion principles
Hands-on experience with Figma (prototyping), After effect, Adobe illustrator & Lottie
Willingness to learn and improve through feedback
Portfolio or sample work demonstrating interaction or motion design
Must-have mindsets:
Exposure to design systems
Good understanding of mobile/web motion guidelines
Knowledge of Lottie or simple animations
Awareness of accessibility in motion
