Internship – HR & Admin

Location: Wakad, Pune
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month

About Y4D Foundation:
Y4D Foundation works with the mission "Empowering the Underprivileged" through intensive programs focused on education, health, livelihood, and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Help organize training sessions and meetings for staff.
• Maintain attendance records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and communication.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate/Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
