HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support payroll and HR operations (attendance, leave tracking, basic compliance).
• Conduct basic research and contribute to HR projects and policy updates.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees under supervision.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
