Unidoc Healthcare is building a modern hospital/clinic management and EMR platform with mobile apps for doctors, patients, pharmacy, and lab workflows. We work at the intersection of healthcare and technology to digitize hospitals and make care more efficient and transparent.

Role Overview

We are looking for Flutter Developer Interns who are passionate about building real-world mobile applications. You will work closely with our core engineering team on production apps used by doctors, hospitals, and patients.

This internship is ideal for students or freshers who have already built at least one Flutter project and now want to work on a live product with proper code reviews, version control, and real users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance mobile screens and features in Flutter (Dart) for our doctor and patient apps.
• Implement responsive UI based on Figma/wireframes and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Integrate REST APIs (JSON) with backend services.
• Work with state management (as per project stack – Provider / GetX / Riverpod / BLoC).
• Handle form validation, navigation, routing, and basic local storage.
• Fix bugs, optimize performance, and help improve app stability.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control (branches, pull requests, code reviews).
• Coordinate with designers, backend developers, and product team to deliver features on time.

What You Will Learn

• Real-world Flutter architecture (folder structure, state management, API layer).
• Healthcare workflows – OPD, IPD, lab, pharmacy, queue management, notifications, etc.
• End-to-end feature delivery: requirement → UI → API integration → testing → deployment.
• Best practices for production-ready code, debugging, performance optimization.
• Basics of Play Store / App Store release processes.
• Working in a startup environment with ownership and responsibility.

Eligibility & Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or related degree (current student or recent graduate).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Dart & Flutter.
• Have built at least one app or mini project in Flutter (college/personal/GitHub).
• Good understanding of:
• Widgets, layouts, navigation
• API calls & JSON parsing
• Basic state management
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Strong willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Must be staying in or near Nikol or Vastral, Ahmedabad for easy commute to office.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with:
• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM)
• Push notifications
• Local database (Hive/SQLite)
• Understanding of clean architecture / MVVM in Flutter.
• Previous internship or project work in healthcare or B2B apps.

Duration, Stipend & Growth

• Duration: 3–6 months (extendable).
• Stipend: As per company policy and performance.
• High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or extended paid internships.
