About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

1.

• Conduct research to support business process improvements and operational strategies for implementation of special projects for the leadership.
• Assist the operations team with process optimization and efficiency improvements with the help of special projects and programs.
• Help with monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence in the special projects undertaken.

Business Intelligence:

• Assist in the creation of dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the BI team to develop data models and automated reports.
• Help identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in business operations.

• Plan, Execute, Manage and Monitor various ad-hoc business intelligence and operational projects.
• Document the findings, methodologies, and recommendations and creation of SOPs.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and deliver business insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering Graduate and planning to pursue Masters abroad

Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
• Basic understanding of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
