- Support in creating PRDs, wireframes, and release documentation
- Work on gathering and analyzing user feedback to improve adoption and usability.
- Handling user queries and providing first-level support to branch and central teams.
- Conducting training sessions for accountants, admins, and school staff on various Eduvate modules.
- Identifying recurring issues and suggesting permanent product-level fixes.
- Preparing help guides, FAQs, and video walkthroughs for user onboarding.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements
- Track adoption, usage, and issue trends across modules such as Fee Management, HRMS, Academics, Assessments, and Transport.
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Eagerness to learn ERP processes and user support workflows.
* Ability to interact confidently with school-level users and explain tech concepts simply.
* Familiarity with tools like Figma, Excel/Sheets, and SQL (preferred).
* Interest in Product Management and EdTech systems.
